Pocket Spring Machine are specifically designed
to：
1) Coil springs in several types: barrel,
cylindrical. Diameter and pitch (height) of the springs can vary according to user's needs.
2) Pocket the coiled springs so that they can be
used as basic elements for soft-furniture, such like sofa and mattress.
3) Heat-treat the springs. To ensure the spring's
hardness and resistance against deformation,
the spring wire has to be heat-treated. The
equipment equips fast and reliable
heat-treatment unit.
4) Provide double-wires pocketed innerspring
mattress or spring unit. See the following
illustration.
